Our saline-filled breast implants are filled with a saltwater solution similar to the fluid that makes up most of the human body. Each breast implant has a self-sealing valve used to fill the device during surgery. Adjustable Tissue Expander/Breast Implants

Adjustable tissue expander/breast implants may be used for Single-Stage Breast Reconstruction. These unique implants include the exclusive Spectrum^® post-operatively adjustable breast implants, and the Becker dual-shell implants that provide the feel of gel, with the volume flexibility of a saline breast implant.

Contour Profile^® Breast Tissue Expanders

Contour Profile Tissue Expanders are designed for use in two-stage breast reconstruction. As the tissue expander fills, the tissues over the expander begin to stretch, similar to the gradual expansion of a woman’s abdomen during pregnancy. The tissue expander creates a new breast-shaped pocket for a breast implant. Mentor's line of Contour Profile Tissue Expanders feature a Low, Medium, and Tall height to help better fit to your individual body type.

Asceptic Saline Transfer Kit

The Aseptic Transfer System is indicated for the aseptic transfer of sterile, isotonic saline for injection from an I.V. container into an inflatable breast implant or tissue expander.
