Double lumen implant with adjustable saline inner lumen (10%-30%) and silicone gel outer lumen (~80%). By adding saline, the projection of the implant can be increased without base width being compremised. Also, as projection is increased the soft feel of the gel is not altered. Available with Cohesive I™ gel, in High Profile, with smooth or textured surface shell, and posterior self-sealing valve system.
